Overview
Situation: The client needed a modern learning management system to replace legacy tools. Educators and students were dealing with outdated UX, no real-time analytics, and platforms that could not scale across multiple institutions or roles.
Task: Build a cloud-based e-learning SaaS that supported Admin, Instructor, and Student roles; delivered interactive courses with video and quizzes; tracked progress in real time; and could scale without performance issues.
Action: We designed a multi-role architecture, implemented role-based dashboards, integrated a course builder and video streaming, added a quiz and assessment engine with automated certification, and connected enrollment and payment. We used a performance-first frontend and optimized the database and API for growth.
Result: The platform increased course completion rates, reduced administrative overhead for instructors, and provided a scalable foundation. Students gained a responsive, mobile-first experience with clear progress and certifications.
