Who we are

Creexio is a software and AI development agency with teams in Irvine, California, Illinois, and Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect when you use creexio.com and how we use it. Questions can go to hello@creexio.com.

Information you give us

When you send an inquiry through our quote or contact form, we receive:

• your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company, project type and budget range;
• the message you write;
• how you found us: the first page you visited on our site, the referring website, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and the page the form was sent from.

We use this only to reply to you, prepare a proposal, and understand which of our pages and channels bring in inquiries. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use third-party tools that set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Analytics to measure visits, pages viewed and whether an inquiry was sent.
• Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, when enabled, to measure the results of our ads on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and to show our ads to people who visited the site.
• Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to block spam. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Our site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We also store small preferences in your browser, such as your theme choice and how you arrived at the site for the current visit.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, which process it on our behalf, and where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@creexio.com. Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU or UK (GDPR), you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain processing. We will not treat you differently for using them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and LinkedIn account settings.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond, run a project, or meet legal and accounting obligations, and delete them on request when we are not required to keep them. We use reasonable technical measures to protect this information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our site and tools change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
