We built a NestJS + TypeORM + PostgreSQL backend and React + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS frontend. The platform aggregates CSA scores across all BASIC categories, tracks DataQs and CPDP case timelines with automated deadline reminders, manages corrective action plans with evidence uploads, and maintains a full audit trail per carrier. JWT authentication with rotating refresh tokens enforces multi-tenant data isolation - each carrier's compliance record stays private. Automated email/SMS notifications alert safety officers before deadlines pass.
Dispute resolution workflows reduced from multi-day manual processes to under one hour. Carriers replaced 17+ disconnected spreadsheets with a single auditable source of truth. DataQs deadlines that were previously missed are now tracked automatically - giving safety officers time to respond rather than react.
