Task: Deliver a production-ready multi-tenant AI chatbot SaaS with NLP-based conversations, admin dashboard, subscription system, CRM-ready integrations, and analytics—from concept to launch.
Action: We designed a multi-tenant architecture, built the AI chatbot engine with intent recognition and context retention, implemented the admin dashboard and analytics, added subscription billing and CRM integrations, and deployed with scalable infrastructure and security in mind.
